Job summary

Jobot Consulting is seeking a collections professional to own end-to-end AR management for a high-volume portfolio. This fully remote role emphasizes an email-first, outreach-driven approach and leverages NetSuite as the primary system.

You will manage aging accounts, run proactive outreach, and collaborate with a growing team implementing a new collections automation platform. The position offers a low-deductible benefits plan and strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Own collections on non-disputed accounts within a high-volume, high-complexity aging portfolio.
• Proactively pull aging reports, send statements/notices, and drive outreach before accounts become a problem.
• Track and manage a defined portfolio with consistent follow-up cadence.
• Route any disputed accounts to the dedicated dispute-resolution team.
• Work daily in NetSuite; ramp onto a new collections automation platform as it rolls out.
