Job summary

Zing Recruiting is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our Lebanon, Ohio development center. The role covers invoice processing, discrepancy resolution, and vendor data maintenance in a fast-paced environment interfacing with multiple departments.

Ideal candidates have SAP AP knowledge, 2+ years in manufacturing settings, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This is a contract-to-hire, part-time position (25–28 hours, Mon–Fri) on site in Lebanon, OH.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma, some college preferred.
• Good working knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable Module.
• 2+ years experiencing in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills, MS Office and Outlook.
• Oral and Written Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Process invoices in a timely manner and post PO invoices.
• Identify, investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies prior to payment.
• Maintain the SAP accounts payable system and vendor master data.
• Review AP Aging monthly to identify and resolve issues.
• Responsible for GRIR-requ est invoices for open goods receipts and research discrepancies.
• Process weekly payment runs.
• Add vendors to VPAYO for credit card payments and research issues as needed.
• Manage the AP email replying to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide internal/external customer support, maintain vendor relationships and direct liaison with all internal departments.
• Maintain well organized support for audits (internal audit, external audit, tax and other special requests).
• Handle special projects and tasks assigned, to meet company objectives.

Accounts Payable Specialist Lebanon, OH | Contract to Hire| 25-28hr | Monday-Friday

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialistposition at our Development Center in Lebanon, Ohio. The AP Specialistwill assist with all AP functions including processing invoices, resolve invoice discrepancies, process weekly runs and other related duties. This is a fast-paced environment that Interacts with internal Operations, R&D, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Planning, Purchasing and external Customers and Vendors.
