Aston Carter is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist (Cash Posting Temp) to join our client’s team in Omaha, NE. You will process high‑volume cash postings, clear unapplied payments, and reallocate funds across customer accounts in a new ERP system (Profit 21).

This is a hands‑on role with strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration. Ideal candidates have solid AR experience, bank and credit card reconciliations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across 120 branches.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume cash posting and unapplied payments.
• Proficient with bank reconciliations and ERP systems.
• Experience with AR and AP tasks and write-offs for international entities.
• Ability to learn new ERP environment (Profit 21).

Responsabilités

• Post daily cash receipts to customer accounts and invoices.
• Clear backlog of unapplied payments and reallocate funds.
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Support AR/AP tasks across multiple teams.
• Analyze transactions across ~120 branches to ensure correct posting.
