Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years relevant accounts receivable experience.
• High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (pivot tables, macros, v: lookups).
• Experience handling large datasets.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work well with others; detail-oriented.
• Strong sense of urgency; self-motivated; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Research accounts to ensure timely payment resolution.
• Review accounts and perform collection calls.
• Meet cash targets and call volumes monthly/quarterly.
• Process AR adjustments and reconciliations.
• Interact with internal/external customers to resolve issues.
• Use root-cause analysis to fix payment barriers.
• Document all collection activity.
• Provide weekly aging trend updates to leaders.
• Collaborate with Sales on payment performance.
• Escalate financially unstable accounts.
• Coordinate with Hertz departments to fix billing errors.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
