Job summary

H&S Energy Group in Oregon City or Tillamook is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to maintain accurate customer accounts, manage billing and collections, and support pricing updates. This in-office role reports to the Accounting Manager and requires strong data entry and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or bookkeeping coursework preferred.
• Experience as Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
• Experience in the fuel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer accounts and post payments promptly.
• Generate and send invoices; monitor AR aging and collections.
• Assist with price quotes and daily fuel pricing updates.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve billing issues.
