Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years accounts receivable experience and/or accounting degree preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office, NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred; willingness to train on NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Billing, reconciliation and reporting duties as the primary contact.
• Process daily customer invoices and manage past due collections.
• Assist with month-end close and analyze GL impacts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse locations and customers.
