Job summary

Jillamy in Pennsylvania seeks a temporary Accounts Receivable assistant to support billing, reconciliation, and reporting through six months, with potential extension. You will work closely with warehouse locations and customers to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections.

The role requires 1–2 years in AR or accounting study, keen eye for detail, and proficiency with MS Office and NetSuite or other ERP systems. Flex hours and a hybrid schedule may apply.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years accounts receivable experience and/or accounting degree preferred.
• Current students are welcome.
• Must have high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Serves as key point of contact for billing, reconciliation and reporting.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with warehouse locations and customers.
• Daily processing of customer invoices.
• Collection of past due accounts.
• Assistance with month end transactions.
• Be able to evaluate and implement process improvements.
• Understand the transaction impacts to the general ledger.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Operates safely in all conditions.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
• Follows Jillamy policies and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and comprehensive computer skills
