This role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance to resolve issues and drive process improvements while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years AR experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience with invoicing, collections, account reconciliation, and customer account management.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience working with an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and collections activities.
• Review account aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process invoices, customer statements, and billing adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain customer account information, pricing, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance to resolve account issues.
• Support month-end close activities and accounts receivable reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
