Acuity Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist II to join the AR team in Atlanta. You will oversee a diverse receivables portfolio, perform outreach, issue delinquent notices, and support monthly reporting to improve cash flow and reduce risk.

The role emphasizes process improvements, collaboration with cross-functional partners, and system enhancements to automate and streamline AR workflows, with a focus on customer service and collections effectiveness.

Qualifications

5+ years in Credit & Collections and/or Deductions Management.
5+ years leading process improvements and driving operational change.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven thinking.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and Power BI or similar tools.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management across multiple ERPs and sales channels.
Monitor aged receivables and resolve root causes with internal partners and customers.
Investigate discrepancies and optimize processes for efficiency.
Support risk management and align actions with organizational priorities.
