Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an AR Accounting Specialist to manage customer accounts, support healthy cash flow, and ensure billing accuracy.

This role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance to resolve issues and drive process improvements while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years AR experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and collections activities.
• Review account aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process invoices, customer statements, and billing adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain customer account information, pricing, and supporting documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, and Finance to resolve account issues.
• Support month-end close activities and accounts receivable reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.

What You'll Do:

Work Schedule

Business needs may require occasional work outside standard hours, including on-site attendance as needed to support team and operational requirements.
