Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist in the United States to join the accounting team. The role focuses on invoicing, payments, and reconciliations within legacy ERP systems such as AS400/IBM i.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and capable of handling large data sets while maintaining accuracy and timely communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
• Experience with AS400/IBM i or legacy ERP is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily accounts receivable activities including invoicing and cash applications.
• Post and apply customer payments accurately and timely.
• Review customer accounts for outstanding balances and past due invoices.
• Contact customers regarding balances and assist with billing issues.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and variances.
• Prepare and maintain AR and aging reports.
• Reconcile customer accounts and assist with month-end closing.
