Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Post and reconcile customer payments, wire transfers, ACH transactions, and checks.
• Monitor aging reports and perform collections activities.
• Resolve customer billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Prepare account reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve outstanding balances.
• Assist with cash forecasting and reporting as needed.
• Support process improvement initiatives related to receivables and collections.
