Position Overview The Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing customer billing activities, monitoring receivables, applying payments, and supporting collection efforts. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate invoicing, timely cash collection, and the integrity of customer account balances. The position works closely with operations and accounting teams to reconcile transactions, resolve discrepancies, and support the overall revenue cycle process.
