SGS Consulting seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and develop a high-performing AR team across multiple regions. You will oversee critical AR operations, including payments, collections, and reconciliations, while driving policy improvements and compliance.

In this role, you will analyze aging metrics, reduce DSOs, and implement automation to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and ERP experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or similar is a plus.
• 7–10 years accounts receivable experience, with at least 5 years in supervision or managerial role.
• Experience with SAP or AS400 and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor AR team with clear objectives and metrics.
• Oversee daily AR operations including payment processing and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to foster innovation and inclusion.
• Develop and implement AR policies, controls, and training.
• Analyze aging reports, track DSOs, and drive collection improvements.
• Establish KPIs and reporting for performance and risk.
• Champion automation and data analytics in AR processes.
• Represent AR in cross-functional projects and system implementations.
