NASCAR is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivable & Revenue to support revenue and AR operations including billing, invoicing, contracts, variable revenue, and month-end close. You will work with Workday and other systems to ensure accurate accounting and timely processing.

The role requires solid accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with the Finance team to improve

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Aufgaben

• Support revenue and accounts receivable operations, including billing, invoicing, and contract management.
• Prepare recurring and non-recurring month-end journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Reconcile source systems and general ledger; research discrepancies.
• Record variable revenue transactions and support related billing and invoicing.
• Create and maintain customer invoices and monitor payment status; process adjustments.
• Maintain billing schedules and ensure accurate reflection in Workday.
• Upload and process billing and revenue transactions using Workday import files.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Workday.
