At NASCAR, a Staff Accountant in Accounts Receivable & Revenue will support revenue and AR operations, including billing, invoicing, contracts, and month-end accounting. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage customer invoices, process variable revenue transactions, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely reporting in Workday.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1–3 years of related experience or training.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Workday Financials experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support revenue and accounts receivable activities including billing and invoicing.
• Prepare recurring and non-recurring month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Reconcile source systems, settlements, and data to Workday and the GL.
• Record and process variable revenue transactions and related billing.
• Create and maintain customer invoices and monitor payment status.
• Create and maintain billing schedules and revenue recognition.
• Use Workday imports to upload and process billing and revenue transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Workday.
• Assist with audits and identify process improvements.
