NASCAR seeks a detail-oriented Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivable & Revenue to join our Finance team in Daytona Beach, FL. You will support revenue recognition, billing, invoicing, and month-end close, ensuring accuracy across systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting with 1–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Workday Financials. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and maintain precise customer records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; 1–3 years of related experience or training.
• Strong accounting knowledge; ability to research discrepancies and solve problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong overall MS Office skills.
• Workday Financials experience preferred; ability to learn and apply policy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain accounting policies clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue and accounts receivable operations, including billing and invoicing.
• Prepare recurring and non-recurring month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Reconcile source systems, settlements, and data to Workday and the general ledger; research discrepancies.
• Record and process variable revenue transactions; assist with related billing and invoicing.
• Maintain customer invoices and billing schedules; follow up on payments and adjustments.
