NASCAR is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivable & Revenue to join our Daytona Beach Finance team. You will support revenue recognition, AR operations, billing, and month-end close while ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 1–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Workday Financials. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; 1–3 years of related experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge; research discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficient MS Office skills.
• Workday Financials experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; explain policies clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management; manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Support revenue and AR operations, including billing and invoicing.
• Prepare recurring and non-recurring month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Reconcile source systems to Workday and GL; research discrepancies.
• Process variable revenue transactions and related billing.
• Create, update, and monitor customer invoices; follow up on payments.
• Maintain customer records in Workday; support audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve Workday accounting processes.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
