Job summary

Vanguard Dealer Services in Fairfield, NJ, seeks a Temp to Perm Accounts Receivable Associate, on-site with one work-from-home day per week (Wednesday). The role reports to the Accounting Manager and offers an hourly compensation of $25.00–$27.00.

You will handle AR processes, invoicing, payments, and data entry in a team-focused environment. Required: 3+ years AR experience or a related degree, strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Accounts Receivable in lieu of degree.
• Excellent data entry and problem-solving skills; highly motivated, responsible, goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

Position: Temp to Perm Accounts Receivable Associate

Principal Purpose of Position:

Obtains revenue and pays invoices by verifying and completing receivable transactions.
