Job summary

Aronimink Golf Club is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable and Member Billing Accountant to join our accounting team in Newtown Square, PA. This role ensures accuracy and timeliness of member billing and daily financial transactions while delivering exceptional service to our members.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Accounting Department, Club Operations and Members in a fast-paced hospitality environment that values accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Northstar Club Management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies with department managers.
• Process credit memos and account adjustments.
• Audit POS transactions and reconcile end-of-day activities.
• Prepare and distribute monthly member statements and process banquet billings.
• Process member payments and reconcile cash, checks and electronic payments.
• Respond promptly to member billing questions and inquiries.
• Prepare aging reports and monitor past-due accounts; communicate with members.
