You will deliver exceptional dining experiences in a world-class environment, welcoming Members with warmth, handling orders in NorthStar POS, and collaborating with kitchen and beverage staff.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and guest relations skills, are flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and present a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Members with warmth and professionalism.
• Learn the full menu and wine pairings to make informed recommendations.
• Take and process food and beverage orders in NorthStar POS.
• Deliver orders promptly while maintaining poise and courtesy.
• Suggest appetizers, desserts, or premium beverages to enhance the dining experience.
• Engage with Members to anticipate needs and resolve concerns.
• Maintain properly set tables and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the service area.
• Participate in training sessions and uphold all club policies.
