Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to members and guests.
• Greet members by name and assist with locker room needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the Men’s Locker Room throughout the day.
• Ensure towels, toiletries, and amenities are stocked and displayed nicely.
• Provide shoe care and shine services and maintain members' shoes as needed.
• Assist with lockers, clothing, shoes, and personal belongings requests.
• Prepare guest lockers and orient visiting players to the club facilities.
• Anticipate needs and respond promptly to special requests.
• Maintain an organized system for member shoes and items entrusted to staff.
• Communicate member requests to Golf Professional Staff and other departments.
• Monitor locker room conditions and address issues to meet club standards.
• Assist with tournament and event prep and increased guest activity.
• Protect member privacy and maintain discretion in conversations and activities.
• Develop professional relationships with members while maintaining boundaries.
• Perform additional duties to support Golf Operations and member experience.
