Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with full cycle AR desk.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or associate's as alternative).
• Strong Excel skills and experience with GL/ERP systems; NetSuite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely collections of aged accounts receivable; communicates with customers and internal teams.
• Oversees billing, cash application, and reconciliations for applicable accounts.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Support external audits and maintain confidentiality.
