Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, payroll pass-through billing, contract documentation, and vendor management while collaborating with HR and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel; strong data processing for high-volume data.
• Excellent documentation and written skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organization; meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Shows initiative and ownership on assignments.
• Strong communication; detail-oriented and accurate.
• Ability to work with little supervision and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain working knowledge of AR and AP tasks to cover absences.
• Ensure SOPs and documentation for all transactional processes.
• Manage corporate credit program and card transactions.
• Oversee off-boarding of terminated contracts and final billings.
• Coordinate payroll pass-through billing and reconciliations.
• Assist onboarding of new associations and review initial billings.
• Process check deposits, wires, and electronic transfers.
• Manage cash flow and prepare projections.
• Set up accounting for new office locations, leases, and major contracts.
• Maintain vendor contracts and regular review for cost-saving opportunities.
