The Save Mart Companies seeks a Manager, Accounts Receivable in Modesto, CA to oversee the full Order to Cash process for Deals, Reclamation, and Speed programs. Lead the AR team and collaborate with Merchandising and ERP systems to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections.

Qualifications

• 5 years related experience with 2 years in management or supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience analyzing contracts and legal documents for revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Accounts Receivable for Speed, Deals and Reclamation programs.
• Verify validity of all agreements and ensure invoice accuracy.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and credits from customers.
• Oversee AR staff including hiring, training and evaluations.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Demand Tec software for deal entries.
