SBM Management Services, LP in Sacramento, CA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to support the Director of Revenue Cycle in day-to-day AR operations, collaborating with Billing, Collections, and Cash Applications teams to ensure accurate, timely cash flow.

The role provides leadership for the AR team, handles escalations, analyzes aging and unbilled revenue trends, and drives adherence to SOPs and internal controls while coaching staff for high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years in Revenue Cycle management (Billing, Collections, Cash Applications).
• At least two (2) years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Revenue Cycle with daily AR operations leadership.
• Provide direction to Billing, Collections, and Cash Applications teams.
• Monitor billing, collections, and cash application for accuracy and timeliness.
• Escalate complex issues and advise on resolutions for disputes and discrepancies.
• Review AR aging, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coach, train, and develop AR staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Ensure SOPs and internal controls are followed and aid in continuity planning.
