Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager in Sacramento to lead the Revenue Cycle team, oversee billing, collections, and cash applications, and ensure accurate, timely cash flow. The role requires a strong background in AR operations and leadership of a cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance, at least five years in Revenue Cycle management, and two years of people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive Revenue Cycle management experience in Billing, Collections, and Cash Applications.
• At least two years of direct people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of AR operations and ERP/AR systems; proficient Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR operations and guide the Revenue Cycle team.
• Lead Billing, Collections, and Cash Applications to meet objectives.
• Monitor AR aging, disputes, and cash application accuracy.
• Escalate complex issues and drive process improvements.
• Coach and develop team members for high performance.
• Ensure SOPs and internal controls are followed.
