Position OverviewOrthoMed Anesthesia is seeking a detail-oriented Manager of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to support and optimize the Accounts Receivable operations. This role is responsible for managing the following functions: follow-up on billed claims, additional documentation requests, reconsiderations, denials, and appeals to ensure no claims are lost, payer requests are completed timely and correctly, and effective denial/appeal management.The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, IT, and Operational teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position based at our corporate office in Addison, TX, reporting to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management.
