Job summary

Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc. is seeking an AR leader to own billing and collections across a centralized, multi‑region team. You will partner with the Assistant Controller to align cash posting, apply payments, and drive DSO reduction while building scalable processes and a capable team.

You will lead end‑to‑end AIA/GC billing, automate collections workflows, and own AR reporting. This hands‑on role focuses on credibility through execution and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or credit & collections, with 3+ years leading a team.
• Hands-on experience with AIA / construction progress billing, including SOVs, G702/G703, retainage, lien waivers, and GC billing portals.
• Proven track record of reducing DSO and improving cash flow, backed by numbers.
• Experience implementing or optimizing an AR automation platform.
• Working knowledge of multi-state sales tax on billing and Avalara familiarity.
• M&A integration experience from the customer and AR side.

Responsibilities

• Own the AR function: billing, collections, and cash forecasting for multiple regions.
• Build and enforce standardized billing processes for various billing types and portals.
• Lead the centralized Billing & Collections team with clear KPIs and development plans.
• Collaborate with cash posting and tax teams to resolve unapplied cash and discrepancies.
• Own AR reporting, aging, DSO, and rollout of automation opportunities.
• Oversee integration of acquired entities into the AR process and systems.
