Prove is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager in New York, NY (Hybrid) to direct the billing and collections team. You will drive daily operations, optimize cash flow, and resolve client disputes while aligning with company policies and financial controls.

You will supervise staff, set priorities, and pursue continuous improvement in financial operations. A strong background in ERP systems and usage-based billing is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in billing and collections with supervisory experience.
• Experience with usage-based billing models is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the billing and collections team.
• Maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt; resolve client billing disputes.
• Prepare AR aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and KPIs for leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline billing workflows and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policy guidelines.
