Job summary

Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc. is hiring an AR leader who owns billing and collections across a centralized, multi-region team. You will partner with the Assistant Controller, manage Quadient AR, and drive DSO reduction while delivering accurate cash forecasting and aging insights.

You will build playbooks, lead a hands-on team, and integrate AR processes across acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and reliable data for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or credit & collections
• 3+ years leading a team
• Hands-on experience with AIA / construction progress billing
• Experience with AR automation platforms (Quadient AR or similar)
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct and ConnectWise
• Advanced Excel skills and reporting

Responsibilities

• Own the Billing & Collections Playbook, including handling progress/AIA billing, fixed-price projects, time & materials, service agreements, and recurring monitoring.
• Own AIA billing framework end-to-end: SOV setup, pay app prep, retainage, lien waivers, change orders, and portal submissions (Textura, GCPay, Procore).
• Partner with PM, Ops, and Sales to fix front-end issues to prevent collections problems.
• Drive adoption of Quadient AR, automate cash application and remittance matching, and integrate AR data with Sage Intacct and ConnectWise.
• Build and coach the Centralized Billing & Collections team with clear KPIs and cross-training.
• Collaborate with Cash Posting to resolve unapplied cash, deductions, and misapplied payments; align on AR/cash reporting.
• Own AR reporting and cash forecasting: aging, DSO, CEI, roll-forward, and disputes by region/customer.
• Own DSO reduction, prioritize high-balance collections, and manage retainage and unbilled AR.
