Job summary

HCSC is seeking a finance/accounting leader to oversee day-to-day activities, processes and reporting for the AR premium group. You will coordinate with offshore AR teams on escalated calls and support travel activities.

This flex (hybrid) role offers 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with compensation between $63,300 and $114,300, and a focus on development and leadership within a purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting or 4 years of experience with 2 years in accounting.
• 1 year of leadership/supervision experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including grammar and structure.
• Customer service skills.
• Work management—prioritizing and balancing workload.
• Analytical skills.
• Intermediate MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to travel 5-10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities, processes and reporting for groups at account level in AR premium team.
• Partner with accounts receivable offshore teams to assist with escalated calls.
• Travel as required (5-10%).
