Job summary

Health Care Service Corp. is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to oversee day-to-day AR group activities at the account level, coordinating with offshore teams for escalated calls. Travel of 5-10% is required. This Flex (Hybrid) role includes 3 in-office days and 2 remote days.

Job Summary

This position oversees the day-to-day activities, processes and reporting associated with groups at the account level for group accounts receivable premium team. Partners with accounts receivable offshore teams to assist with escalated phone calls. Availability to travel Required.

• Verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, appropriate word choice, precision, conciseness, structure, appropriate tone and level of detail for audience.

• Work management skills, including prioritizing, assigning and balancing workload.

• Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.
• Availability to travel (5-10%).

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Knowledge of process payments, cancellations, stop claims, reinstatements, suspended cash, and delinquencies. procedures.
• Accounts Receivable billing system.
• Call center experience.

Work Arrangement

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flexibility Expectation

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range

Base Pay Range $63,300.00 - $114,300.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
