Job summary

WPS Fresh in Minneapolis is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the effective management of customer accounts. You will perform payment reconciliation, research deductions and credits, resolve discrepancies, and partner with Sales and other internal teams to drive timely resolution of outstanding items.

Qualifications

• AR experience including deductions, credits, disputes, or reconciliations.
• Experience researching and resolving customer disputes and account discrepancies.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze transactional data.
• Experience working with customer portals, ERP systems, or financial software.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on past-due balances with customers and internal teams.
• Research and resolve deductions, credits, disputes, and discrepancies; identify root causes.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and facilitate timely resolution.
• Perform payment reconciliation including unapplied, short-paid, or unidentified transactions.
• Review accounts and documentation to identify discrepancies, trends, and follow-up items.
