• Conduct regular meetings with leaders and attorneys to align on collections strategies.
• Manage client billing portals, reporting, and data management to optimize collection processes.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports to senior management and analyze trends.
• Collaborate with billing, treasury, and AP to streamline processes and maintain records.
• Lead special projects and process improvements to boost efficiency.
