Job summary

Randstad USA in Framingham, MA is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Deductions Specialist for a hybrid, full-time role. You will oversee deductions management, collections and cash application for major retail accounts, and work with Logistics, Sales and Finance to resolve pricing disputes and maintain open AR.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of AR or Finance experience (2–5+ years preferred), ERP exposure (SAP ECC), and strong Excel and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance is required; 2–5+ years strongly preferred.
• Experience with deductions, disputes, and cash application.
• Ability to work hybrid schedule in Framingham, MA.

Responsibilities

• Investigate deductions and disputes from major retail accounts; gather supporting documents and process chargebacks.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Sales leadership, and Finance to resolve pricing discrepancies and finalize dispute settlements.
• Monitor statements, past-due balances, check payments, and remittances to ensure timely cash application and portfolio collection.
• Prepare AR reports and present account challenges and metrics to sales and finance leadership.
