This on-site role requires attention to detail, ability to work with multiple departments, and discretion handling confidential data; travel to the bank may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts receivable, financial transactions, and general business practices.

Aufgaben

• Processes and records customer payments, receipts, and other accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitors customer accounts for outstanding balances, payment discrepancies, and account irregularities.
• Assists with resolving customer account discrepancies and communicating with customers regarding payment questions and account balances.
• Prepares, processes, and records credit memos in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintains accurate customer account records, payment histories, and supporting documentation.
• Reconciles customer payments and account activity to ensure accurate balances.
• Assists with tracking overdue accounts and following up on outstanding payments as needed.
• Reviews accounts receivable records for accuracy and completeness and reports discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
