Ideal Sushi Supply is seeking an AR and Data Entry Clerk to support accounts receivable, data entry, and reporting. This role processes customer payments, prepares deposits, and handles credit memos while maintaining accurate account records.

You will assist with internal reporting, data collection, market research, and general administrative tasks to help ensure reliable financial information for decision-making; occasional local errands to banks are required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and AR.
• High accuracy data entry with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and office software.
• Ability to collect, organize, verify, and maintain data.

Responsibilities

• Processes and records customer payments, receipts, and AR transactions.
