Job summary

Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Accounts Receivable Credit Analyst to join our Finance team. You will manage credit risk, monitor customer accounts, and support cash flow optimization by resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely invoicing and collections.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in high-volume AR, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar).

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in high-volume Accounts Receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems like Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Keep assigned accounts current by resolving issues.
• Review discrepancies and dispute short payments when possible.
• Proactively monitor customer accounts to resolve issues before invoices go past due.
• Communicate with sales about customer accounts in a timely manner.
• Manage accounts on hold and adjust holds as needed.
• Build cooperative relationships with dealers, sales, and customer service.
• Coordinate with senior management to accelerate collections.
• Meet department goals and activity metrics.
• Provide invoice, credit memo and statement copies on request.
• Analyze credit data and financial statements to assess credit risk.
