Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in automotive OEM/manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance preferred; associate accepted with AR experience.
• Strong 10-key data entry and high accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Post cash receipts daily in Plex Online for multiple locations and apply customer payments.
• Process daily lockbox payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Review daily bank activity and remittance advice to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Resolve payment discrepancies to balance accounts.
• Prepare aging reports and cash application analyses as requested.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and other departments to resolve account issues.
• Support month-end close activities related to Accounts Receivable.
