Job summary

Shimano North America Holding, Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks an AR Credit Analyst to join the North American AR/Credit Department. You will focus on on-time cash collections, cash posting, deductions management, and reporting to improve collections KPIs and minimize aged balances.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, experience with AS400, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. BA/BS preferred, 10+ years in credit/collections acceptable.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred; 10+ years credit/collections acceptable.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Experience in credit evaluation, collections, and deductions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of AS400 and financial statement analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with little oversight.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly collection KPI targets and post cash accurately.
• Manage deductions and chargebacks with timely validations.
• Prepare and present portfolio KPI reports to management.
• Collaborate with Sales to reduce unnecessary deductions.
• Maintain centralized documentation for Coop/Warranty agreements.
