Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit billing information to clients and ensure accuracy of invoicing.
• Review equipment orders prior to shipment and manage credit holds per policy.
• Post cash receipts in the accounting system and reconcile payments.
• Track collections and interface with Salesforce when collections issues arise.
• Maintain and update customer accounts and support refund/credit memos as needed.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain positive client relations.
