You will drive timely collections, contact customers by phone and email, and support resolution of overdue balances to help maintain healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in collections or AR, excellent verbal and written communication, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• 0–2 years of collections or accounts receivable or related business experience.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, or large corporate environments is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive timely collections and cash flow via daily outreach to customer accounts.
• Support account resolution and customer service; provide invoices and remittance information.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in collections systems.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Customer Service, Sales, Credit, and Disputes to resolve issues.
• Develop knowledge of collections processes, dispute workflows, and KPIs.
