Responsibilities

• Perform customer/account research and review delinquent accounts.

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to clients and submit past-due notifications.
• Follow up on repayment arrangements and coordinate with local Sales on client accounts.
• Track delinquent accounts and report seriously delinquent cases to leadership.
