Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, LLP is seeking a Billing Specialist for its Hilo, Hawaii location. This full-time onsite role involves researching delinquent accounts, communicating with customers to arrange repayment plans, and handling inbound/outbound calls.

You will work Monday through Friday with hours to be determined. Base pay ranges from $20.89 to $22.98 per hour, depending on experience, and benefits include health coverage and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Typing 35 wpm and 10 Key proficiency demonstrated.
• Positive demeanor and professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer/client account research and review delinquent accounts.
• Establish mutually agreeable repayment plans per AR guidelines.
• Take inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed.
