Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of direct experience in collections, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting.
• High school diploma required; background in high volume collections, accounting, finance, or business administration is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Field Routes is a major advantage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, high professionalism, and strong negotiation abilities.
• Superior attention to detail with time-management and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, billing, payment processing, collections, and account reconciliation within the AR lifecycle.
• Monitor overdue accounts, contact clients, and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Prepare aging reports and summaries for management.
• Provide essential Customer Care and data management within the Field Routes Data Program.
• Assist other departments and maintain task trackers and general administrative duties.
