Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience handling collections through phone and email communication.
• Knowledge of account reconciliations and general accounting processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume accounts receivable and collections activities.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email regarding outstanding balances.
• Perform account reconciliations and support balance sheet accuracy.
• Calculate and accrue monthly sales commissions.
• Process and reconcile company credit card expenses.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
