KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a Bedford, NH area client seeking a Collections Analyst to join a growing team on a permanent basis. The role emphasizes strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset to manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments.

The successful candidate will perform daily collections activities, investigate discrepancies, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance to address account matters.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in commercial collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Advanced formulas).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily collections activities and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and finance teams to address account matters
• Prepare and present account status updates and reporting to internal stakeholders
