Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage assigned accounts, pursue outstanding payments, and maintain accurate records. The role involves heavy phone activity, negotiating payment plans, and resolving discrepancies while building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of collections experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with SAP/AS400 preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' collections experience required.
• Ability to use confidential information professionally to meet targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Perform all accounts receivable related functions and monitor assigned accounts.
• Plan actions to recover outstanding payments; heavy customer calls.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans; update account status regularly.
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain good customer relationships.
