Base Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Position: AR / Collections Specialist

This onsite role requires 2+ years of collections experience, preferably from a law firm background. Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
• Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding balances.
• Process and post payments to customer accounts.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and payment arrangements.
• Generate and send invoices, statements, and collection letters.
• Work with internal departments to resolve billing issues.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers as needed.
• Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
